Wood’s Homes – Eastside Community Mental Health – Free walk-in/virtual counselling for youth & families; crisis line.

Access Mental Health (Calgary, AHS) – Intake & referral to the right clinic/service; no doctor’s referral needed.

Community Connect YYC – Affordable/rapid counselling with local agencies; online booking, no waitlist.

Tip: Campus wellness centres offer free counselling & groups. Use these alongside community options above.
